These Terms of Service govern your use of vtheating.shop and any order you place with VT HEATING LIMITED(“we”, “us”, “Vtheating”), company number 05194896, registered in England & Wales at 78 The Green, Twickenham, Middlesex, TW2 5AG, United Kingdom. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Products & pricing
We sell physical kitchen food storage and pantry organisation products for consumer use. We do not provide installation, repair, maintenance or any trade or contractor services.
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable product information on each page. We try to describe and picture products accurately, but slight variations in colour or finish can occur. If a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before processing the order.
3. Orders & acceptance
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We will send an order acknowledgement, but a binding contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud) and will refund any payment taken.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers, including Stripe (card payments) and PayPal. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider over a secure connection and are not stored by us. Your statement will show a descriptor such as “VTHEATING SHOP”. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

6. Acceptable use & intellectual property
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content on vtheating.shop — text, images and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Warranties & nothing here affects your statutory rights
We provide products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Product information about materials, temperature ranges and care is provided to help you use items safely; please follow it. Our products are for food storage and household use only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Governing law & changes
