You can pay securely by credit or debit card (processed by Stripe) or with PayPal at checkout. Your card details are entered with the payment provider and are never stored by us.

No. You can check out as a guest — we only need your contact and delivery details to fulfil your order.

We ship from the United Kingdom to the US, Canada, Europe and most of the world. Delivery estimates are listed on our Shipping & Delivery Policy page.

Standard shipping is $6.95, and orders over $55 qualify for free standard US shipping. Costs are confirmed at checkout.

International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your country's customs authority. These are the recipient's responsibility and are outside our control.

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and resalable.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used food-contact items such as silicone bags and beeswax wraps cannot be returned unless faulty. Unopened items in sealed packaging can be returned within the return window.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Yes. We use food-grade materials such as BPA-free plastics, borosilicate glass and platinum silicone. Each product page lists the material, suitable temperatures and how to clean it.

It varies by product. Check the temperature and care section on each product page — some parts are top-rack dishwasher safe, and certain items are microwave or freezer safe while others are for dry storage only.

Glass items are packed with protective padding. If anything arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
