Shipping & Delivery Policy

How and when we dispatch orders, delivery timeframes, costs, tracking and customs.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships. Orders placed at weekends are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery timeframes

We ship from the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
  • United States & Canada: 6–12 business days
  • Europe: 4–9 business days
  • Rest of world: 8–18 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees; delivery can occasionally take longer during busy periods or due to customs.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Standard shipping is $6.95 (USD), and orders over $55 qualify for free standard US shipping. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships we will email you a tracking number and link where the carrier provides one. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your confirmation email, contact support@vtheating.shop.

5. Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country’s customs authority on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over them and cannot predict their amount.

6. Address accuracy & failed delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout, as we cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (a further shipping charge may apply) or a refund of the product value, less original shipping.

7. Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is delayed well beyond the estimates above, or arrives damaged, contact support@vtheating.shopwith your order number. For damage, please include a photo within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
